Remember, you have 100 days return time at Zalando.
Our normal delivery time from ordering to delivery is 2 - 5 business days (Mon-Fri). When your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation.
In that email there is also a link to a tracking number, so you can follow the package online at PostNord. You can track your package within 48 hours after the package has left the warehouse. However, with Express delivery, it is faster. If the package has not been reached within 10 days of the shipment confirmation, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly.
Part Delivery: In order for you to receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments. After you have made your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When your packages leave our warehouse, you will receive a separate email with a link to a tracking number for each package. Our system determines from order to order whether it is possible to make a partial delivery. We offer this delivery method to provide you with even better service that is both faster and more flexible.
Note: We basically ship all orders separately. It is our goal to send our orders already within 1-3 business days after the order is made. From here, additional 1-2 days are required, as the package will be from our warehouse in Germany. At very large orders, delivery time may be longer.
